Designed by Arquitectonica and Rockwell Group, the property will be characterized by a modern, resort-style design with nods to nautical themes and the city’s rich sailing and yachting heritage. Champagne bronze bands and subtle curved details will be employed on the building’s façade to emphasize movement and light as well.

Upon entering, the grand, double-height lobby will feature a lushly landscaped exterior plaza and translucent screens that naturally filter light, mimicking the motion of water and coastal breezes. A monolithic desk with curved nautical shapes will anchor the space.

Sales have officially begun for Viceroy Residences Fort Lauderdale, the city’s first Viceroy-branded property.
